Sides by the pan
Sides by the half pan
Mac and cheese, collards, and the rest of the sides come out of the kitchen in half steam pans, and each pan serves about 10 to 12 people. Stack them next to a party pack, or order them all on their own, no chicken required. The builder suggests how many pans to get for your headcount, and you can change the number.
